In less than two years, it may cost tens of thousands of dollars to replace your water heater if the Bay Area Air Quality Management District has its way.
Ted Stroll, former judicial staff attorney in the California Supreme Court and the California Court of Appeal in San Jose, and candidate for State Legislature in 2022 and 2024, offers some common sense and simple math questioning the rationale behind this push to force electric appliances on us.
Stroll sounds the alarm on the exorbitant cost of forcing consumers to build out and use appliances that consume electricity, while offering a much more environmentally sound solution. He offers hope for the consumer with Assemblymember Carl DeMaio’s bill AB1238, prohibiting state and municipal lawmakers from banning gas appliances.
