Congressional Apportionment

Congressional apportionment is the technique used to determine how many representatives a state is given. It’s very important in determining our political landscape because changes in the population, and therefore the apportionment, can offer more blue seats to a Blue State or more red seats to a Red State.

In some cases, because of the formula used to assign representation for each state, less than 1000 people are needed to shift a Blue State higher in priority value and a Red State down, effectively manipulating House apportionment. Democrats have this all figured out and have been employing the ruse to gain power for decades.

Join Shane Lewis as he shares how easy it is to manipulate apportionment using illegal immigration.  Discover how it’s not just about increasing House seats in a state but collectively moving Blue States up in priority and Red States down.

Shane will also briefly explore the history of why the federal government has jurisdiction over immigration, how states are being rewarded for the practice of illegal immigration, and if time permits, how illegal immigration is establishing a new slave class in America, in violation of the Constitution.

Shane Lewis is a District 1 Alternate on the SVGOP Central Committee. In 2024, Shane raised funds and ran an aggressive campaign for a seat on the Santa Clara County Board of Education. Unfortunately, he could not overcome the all-out effort by the Labor Unions to put one of their own in the seat. A Veteran of the US Marine Corp, Shane is an Electrical Test Engineer for a medical device manufacturer, Procept Biorobotics. He earned a BA in Political Science from Liberty University and is working on his Masters.
