California goes through hundreds of billions of dollars each year, but no one actually follows where all that money goes. Herb Morgan is an advocate for radical transparency. Morgan says it’s imperative to bring accountability and end corruption of our tax dollars. He’s even coming up with new software platforms whereby we all can watch how the money is spent.
