Join the West Valley Republican Women Federated for their monthly luncheon meeting featuring Shirley Mark, President of the California Federation of Republican Women. A member of the Paso Robles Republican Women Federated since 1997, Shirley Mark has served in many positions in her local club and in the CFRW’s Central Division. She moved up to serve as the CFRW’s VP Central from 2012-2015 before being elected as CFRW President 2016-2017.
