The South Peninsula Area Republican Coalition (SPARC) March dinner meeting will feature former Bay Area Congressman Tom Campbell. Now serving as a Law and Economics Professor at Chapman College, Campbell has a distinguished career in academia and government. He will provide his perspective on the current U.S. Supreme Court.
